Frontier Pro Technicians The Frontier Pro team of experts has been maintaining wind
farms for over two decades. We have a wealth working knowledge in
mechanics, hydraulics, composites/blade repair, and controllers from the
successful service of most turbines.

industrial manufacturing, oil, gas, and technology development.
Jack Wallace
Jr.,
Wind Turbine Technical Advisor Jack Wallace has been
maintaining wind farms since 1985. He has performed operations and maintenance
services for more than 30 different types of turbines from over 14 different
manufacturers. Mr. Wallace has physically worked on turbines in 4 states and 3
European countries. He has reviewed factory work at Vestas, Siemens, Nordex,
Carter, LM and Knight and Carver.
Prior to Frontier Pro Services,
Jack Wallace has been the wind farm operator for Energy Unlimited, Inc.’s 25.5MW
San Gorgonio Wind Project. Mr. Wallace’s responsibilities included hiring and
training technicians, and maintaining over 400 turbines. During Mr. Wallace's
seven year tenure, plant availability increased from 90% to 98%, due to his
maintenance, inspections, and scheduling. Before joining Energy Unlimited, Mr.
Wallace co-founded Tech A Inc. providing contract labor for turbine upgrades and
maintenance services. Clients included Zond Systems, Seawest San Gorgonio, Inc,
Seawest Altamont Inc., Viking Capital Services, R. Lynette and Associates,
Fayette Energy Corporation and New World
Power.
Mr. Wallace has advanced
technical training in: welding, lubrication and bearing/geartooth wear; high
voltage safety; air conditioning, refrigeration, heating and solar energy
repair. Mr. Wallace is the co-inventor of the Variblade, a variable length wind
turbine rotor being developed by Frontier Wind, which promises to cause
substantial increases in wind turbine production as compared to conventional
wind turbine rotors.
Roger
Brandt, General
Manager Mr. Brandt
has spent the past 25 years in management roles in the construction equipment
distribution industry, a light industrial equipment dealer rollup and a startup
as a Regional Franchise owner of a national career coaching franchise. His
successful experience in establishing equipment dealer parts, service and sales
locations, as well as acquisitions and startups, has given him a sound
foundation to provide leadership for Frontier Pro Services in the Wind Turbine
Maintenance industry.
Before joining
Frontier Pro Services, Mr. Brandt spent five years successfully building a team
of 17 franchisees under his California Regional Franchise license agreement with
The Entrepreneur’s Source (TES).
Mr.
Brandt also served as President of one of the country’s top ten rental equipment
companies, Brambles Equipment Services Inc., the equipment rental unit of the
Australian firm, Brambles Industries Limited. Prior to his success at
Brambles, Mr. Brandt gained significant experience establishing and operating
construction & mining equipment service dealerships for San Francisco based Morgan
Equipment Company in the Middle East, Papua New
Guinea and as General Manager of a
$200M Caterpillar dealership in Australia.
Mr. Brandt earned a BA in Economics from ConcordiaCollege, Moorhead, MN.
Robert G.
Kelly,
Vice President Robert Kelly
has more than 15 years senior management experience in marketing, management
consulting, and business development. Prior to joining Frontier Pro Services,
Mr. Kelly was Managing Partner with Ask for Something, Ltd, a global sales and
marketing firm serving the energy and technology sectors, where he was
responsible for revenue generation, major account development, and business
operations management. Previously as VP of Global Marketing and Alliances for
international customer technology leader, Infogain, he built and managed
pipeline exceeding $200 million. Mr. Kelly also built a global marketing and
consulting team across Infogain’s offices across three continents, and he led
the company’s M&A activities with global private equity firms and business
partners.
Mr. Kelly has also been a director with HP Capital Markets,
private equity affiliate of Allianz Group, leading business development and
financial planning across a portfolio of energy and technology companies in the
United States, Europe and
China. Mr. Kelly is an alumnus of
University of California, Berkeley
and ColumbiaUniversity where he
completed his MBA.
